  • All of the flowers I use for cakes are organic and edible, but they are more for decoration than flavor, so most people remove them before eating.

  • Swiss meringue buttercream is the frosting I use for the outside of most of my cakes. It’s a silky smooth meringue-based buttercream that’s a lot lighter and less sweet than American buttercream

  • Cakes are fragile and ephemeral and therefore cannot be shipped, sorry!
